package that is platform independent, and requires no
software to be installed on the client machine.
Compatible with Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox and
Opera, Novalog IP's web reports allow all users to view call
data pertaining to themselves or their department (subject to
system manager account setup).

Extension Summary
The Extension Summary report provides a easy to read
snapshot of extension activity for a particular
department or group of extensions. The report provides
volumes, durations, costs split by successful and unsuccessful
calls (very helpful in call centre environments) |

Corporate Telephone Directory
The telephone directory within Novalog IP supports
syncronisation with LDAP servers, and direct import from
PABX telephone directories or exported CSV files. You
can create a user login that can only access this
screen, e.g. for 'reception' terminals in a large
office. |

Network Map
With the multi-site, multi-vendor approach built into
Novalog IP from within its core, reports such as the
Network Map allow you to fully manage your entire
corporate network with ease. |

Grade of Service
The Grade of Service report will take your traffic
volumes for any given period and inform you of the trunk
requirements that are necessary to ensure that your
callers never get a busy tone. Not only will it tell the
trunks you normally require, but also the peak usage at
particular periods in time, e.g. Marketing Campaigns
etc. |

ACD Reporting
Novalog IP provides a detailed ACD Agent and Call
Path reporting mechanism, normally only found in
expensive call centre applications. The intuitive
interface allows you to drill down on agent activity to
examine their performance on a minute-by-minute basis.
