Novalog IP
Novalog IP is a versatile enterprise-level call accounting
application, that also caters for the SME customer as well.
Designed on a "server-client" model, it allows every
member of an organisation to view call records pertaining to
their own usage, or for the people for which they are
directly responsible.
Utilising industry-standard elements, such as SQL Server,
Microsoft IIS and Internet Explorer, Novalog IP does not
require any software to be installed on the users PC in order
to produce this information. Novalog IP can be scaled from a single-site sub-25
extension site to a multi-site, multi-vendor network
consisting of hundreds of PABX's and thousands of users, and
allows for multiple tariffs to be invoked based on
"Billed" and "Actual" costs for each
carrier. This allows you to show your 'users' a notionary
costs (i.e. for billing your telecoms provision to a 3rd
party), whilst displaying the actual costs you are incurring.
Carrier override charging can be invoked by Site, Trunk, Trunk

Web-based ReportsNovalog IP provides a full-blown reporting package at
your desktop by simply using your web browser. IIS and
SQL Server allow for an unlimited number of users.

Toll Fraud Alarms and Exceptions
The Alarms and Exceptions module helps prevent
toll-fraud (internal or external) by automatically
alerting key personnel in the event of anomalous call
patterns. This is achieved using Novalog's unique
heuristic call modelling engine.

Universal Direct IP Connectivity
Novalog IP can talk 'natively' to all types of
IP-PABX Systems in the market, with full support for
Serial, Dial-up, Cisco SQL, OPSMAN, FTP and HTTP
interfaces. |

ACD Reporting
Novalog IP does not require expensive CTI
links or dedicated servers in order to produce detailed
ACD reports for both call paths and agent performance.
The multi-user web interface even allows each agent to
see their own statistics.

Export to Microsoft Excel(tm)
Novalog IP allows you to save all the web reports in
