IntelliRAD Auto Attendant & RAD
RAD's, or "Recorded Announcement Devices" are
relatively simplistist devices that play a short recording
when required.
These RAD's are usually set up within a Call Centre or ACD
environment, or as part of an incoming trunk group (e.g.
Operator overflow) The problem with most RAD's is that they;
- Have a single message per port.
- Difficult to re-record onto.
- Have limited storage.
IntelliRAD provides a scalable RAD solution with
Auto-Attendant facilities. Its features are as follows;
- Scalable from 4 to 32 channels
- Unlimited number of messages
- Messages triggered by time of day, day of week or public
holidays
- User-recorded messages from any telephone

KeyMagic
KeyMagic is an MIT Duplex function within all our Voice
platforms. It allows any IntelliRAD messages to
have "Auto Attendant" functionality by defining
events that take place against each DTMF key. Each of
these settings can be overridden by date, day or time.
