Q: Do MIT Duplex write all the
applications they provide, or
are they just a reseller?
A: MIT Duplex has been developing software since 1987 for a
number of large UK telecommunications equipment manufacturers
and resellers. Our software is wholly designed in-house, with
a dedicated team of developers and software support staff.
Q: Are MIT Duplex products designed to work on a
particular PABX?
A: All of our applications work across most commonly
found vendors. In many cases, it is simply a case of applying
a new 'decoder' or 'interface' for a system that has not been
previously encountered. In the case of Novalog
IP, Asset
Manager and MiMessage, the applications have full support for
concurrent connections to multiple sites of differing types.
Q: Are the MIT Duplex applications geared towards
large corporate sites only?
A: Certainly not! All of our applications can be
scaled to fit your needs. We have an active customer base
ranging from sub-25 extension sites to 5000+ extensions. All
the MIT Duplex applications have been designed with
scalability at their core.
Q: Can you supply a complete turnkey solution with
hardware?
A: Yes we can. We can supply software only or a
completely maintained hardware and software solution.
Q: Do you have a list of FAQ's for each of your
