Asset Manager is designed as management tool for system
manager, maintenance providers and PABX system suppliers.
Asset Manager allows you to perform an exhaustive remote audit
of a PABX without the cost implications of sending an engineer
to site.
Asset Manager removes all these problems, and provides
concise, easy-to-read, web-based reports that do not require
any PABX programming knowledge in order to read. The "Tree
View" allows you to navigate through the entire PABX
configuration simply by clicking on each cabinet and card.
Take a look at some of the feedback we have had from real
clients using this application - click on the company logos
for the details.
Main Sites Screen
This module runs on the main Asset Manager Server. It
allows for the configurations of the 'Audits' over any
user-defined period of time. Once the data has been
acquired, any user (with appropriate credentials) can
log into the Web Interface and view the audit online. |

Flexible Scheduling
The scheduling of scans can be made on a daily, weekly,
monthly or even annually basis. The flexible approach
allows you to specify the 3rd Sunday of the month, every
quarter (as an example).
|
|
Connection Methods
The Asset Manager platform supports multiple (and simultaneous)
connection methods, these include; Modem, Secure Modem,
Direct TCP/IP, RAS, MiXML and RACE.

Web Reporting
|
System Overview
The initial overview page show details of the PABX
Type, and the capacities of all the Extension and Trunk
cards within the system. As you click on each tab, more
information is revealed.
|
|
Firmware
Asset Manage will extract all Firmware information that
is held within the PABX in order to facilitate technical
issues relating to incompatible Firmware.
|
|
Digital Handset Usage
The Handset report allows you to see what types of
handset are programmed into a system in order to assess
your needs for migration, or to ensure that maintenance
contract charges are accurate.
|
|
Tree View
The "Tree View" allows you to navigate the
entire configuration of the PABX without any knowledge of
PABX programming. Not only does this assist in management
and support of your PABX's, but provides a 'blueprint' of
the configuration in support of any disaster recovery
plans that you may have.

|
ARS - Automatic Route Selection
ARS, or Route Selection is probably the most complex
area of a PABX's programming. The same "Tree
View" that details physical hardware also provides a
navigable view of the route programming.
