Voice Auditing

MIT provides a remote telephony auditing service, both in the UK and internationally. This ranges from a single system to a complete estate of telephony platforms, with site visits to inspect equipment locations if required. This data is compiled and a detailed report on the assets, licenses (and usage thereof), software levels, utilisation and performance of the platforms is then produced.
